Refunds are applicable only for certain services, such as digital products that are found to be defective or services that have not been delivered as promised. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Custom development projects, consultations, and any services that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds.

Customers may cancel ongoing service subscriptions or development projects. Cancellation requests should be made in writing and sent to hishyar@ziraksoft.com at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Upon cancellation, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of cancellation are due immediately. Access to any services or products provided by Ziraksoft.com will be terminated upon cancellation.
